Delightful moist pear and frangipane /
しっとりしたナシのフランジパンタルト

[ノーズ]コーラ飴、トフィ、糖蜜、フレッシュミント、りんごとナシのジュースとレモンジュース。 [パレット]シナモントースト、ココナッツシリアル、蜂蜜をかけたクロワッサン、バナナケーキの朝食。加水するとマンゴジュース、クレームドブリュレ、パンダンシフォンケーキ。バニラペストリークリーム、カスタードタルトとホイップクリームを添えたスポンジケーキとナシのフランジパンタルト。 A sweet aroma of cola cubes and toffee honeycomb at first followed by fresh mint, apple & pear juice as well as lemon barley water. To taste we sat down for breakfast with cinnamon toasted coconut cereal, honey on warm croissants and bubbly brown-sugar bananas. With the addition of water the nose turned into mango slices in juice, crème Brulee and pandan chiffon cake (light fluffy green-coloured sponge cake flavoured with the juice of pandan leaves). On the palate now vanilla pastry cream, custard tart, lemon sponge cake, as well as pear frangipane served with some whipped cream.
