[ノーズ] 様々の香りがする、それは香りの強いスモーク（ガーデンボンファイア、パイプたばこ）、屋根用タール、ウェルク、イベリコ豚の生ハム、自転車修理店の救急箱。 [パレット] 味わいは大きく、花の香りがする煙、タールと灰それはどことなくいらいらさせるもので、かすかにトーストしたマシュマロとパーマバイオレットの甘さ。加水すると、情熱が表れ、滑らかな甘味（キャラメル、トフィ、チョコレートケーキ、小さい宝石）、その間にスモーク（ユーシモールの歯磨き粉がまだいる）が最後にいる。 A multi-dimensional nose – aromatic smoke (garden bonfire, pipe tobacco), roofing tar, whelks, pata negra and a first aid box in a bike repair shop. The palate had big, floral perfumed smoke, tar and ash – actually quite a rasping edge – barely held in check by toasted marshmallow and Parma violet sweetness. Water accentuated the maritime element on the nose (seaweed, scallops, a car mechanic’s workshop by the sea) – it could have been an Islay! The reduced palate now discovered intense, almost unctuous sweetness (caramel, toffee, chocolate cake, midget gems), while the smoke (still present with Euthymol toothpaste) took more of a back seat.
