グラスにある香水製造所 A parfumerie in Grasse

パネルはこのレアなドラムは「土っぽさ」から始まり、野菜の庭に変わり（大根、豆類、ホースラディッシュ）など様々な表現だと思った。ウキウキする香（メロン、オードトワレ、杉の木）に化けるとエキサイティングな微笑が現れた。パネルメンバーのウィスキー科学者は「グラスにある香水製造所」とコメントし、モルト大家は御香とコメントした。加水するさらに新鮮な香が現れ、フローラルが濃く現れる（林檎の花、甘い豆）。加水する前の味は多種多様なエキゾティックなフルーツ（ピーチ、メロン、マンゴー、パッションフルーツ、スターフルーツ）とベルヴェットのような滑らかさ、素晴らしいスパイスが感じられる。加水すると少し変化し、スターフルーツの苦味が恐らくさらにチョコレートのような味に変化する。素晴らしくバランスのとれた香フェチのためのドラム。アルヴェスの近くにある蒸留所でローモンドスティルで造られた。 The Panel assumed serious expressions as this rare dram started `earthy`, the nose evoking vegetable gardens (radishes, beans, peas, horseradish). Excited smiles appeared as it transmogrified into heady perfume (melon, eau de toilette, cedar-wood); our whisky-scientist recalled `a parfumerie in Grasse` and the malt-meister found incense. Water turned the nose fresh and intensely floral (apple blossom, sweet-peas). The unreduced taste offered myriad exotic fruits (peach, melon, mango, passion-fruit, and star-fruit) with velvety smoothness and beautiful spice. Little changed with water, the star-fruit bitterness became perhaps more chocolate-like. A wonderfully balanced sniffer's dram, produced in Lomond stills at a distillery near Alves.
