[ノーズ]心地よい爽やかなアイスミントティーとその背後に長く続く刈りたての草、バナナクリームパイとカップケーキの香りが嗅覚を刺激する。 [パレット]蜂蜜とレモンジュースを加えたミントティー、シシリアレモネードと暖かいアニスのお菓子。加水するとジューシーで甘いナシがまず香り、バニラバターとバッテンバターケーキ、まるでフレッシュなナシとナシフレーバーのウォッカ、ナシのリキュール、砂糖とライムを加えてブレンドしたティーニがマティーニグラスに注がれていくように口中に広がる。 A lovely light soothing refreshing glass of iced sweet mint tea caressed our olfactory system with a hint of freshly cut grass and banana cream pie cupcakes lingering in the background. On the palate some of us added some honey and lemon juice to the mint tea whilst others enjoyed zesty Sicilian cloudy lemonade with boiled aniseed sweets. With water the nose had plenty of juicy sweet pear aromas next to a vanilla butter and a Battenberg cake, whilst to taste now like a Triple Pear-tini using fresh pears, pear vodka and pear liqueur, add a little sugar and lime juice, blend and pour into a martini glass.
