絹のように滑らかで、香りよく、エキゾチック Silky, perfumed and exotic

香りは直ぐにフローラルでエキゾチックだった – スイカズラ、ヨルザキアラセイトウ、エンドウ豆のさやのクラクラする組み合わせ、そこに「ボーンビル」チョコレート、古いタバコの箱、ブラジルナッツ、くすぶるシナモン香、赤砂糖をかけたパイナップルとパパイヤを伴う。 味にも絹のように滑らかで、香りの良い、エキゾチックな個性があった – ジンジャーブレッドの辛い熱さとひんやりしたメンソールの組み合わせ。次いで、さらにローズウォーター、コーヒー、ココナツ、トリュフチョコレート、そして魅惑的なモロッコの香辛料の風味。 加水すると、レーズンとチェリー入りの温かいデニッシュペストリーがふわりと鼻を通過し、味はさらに深くモロッコ風になった – レモンプリザーブ、アプリコット、サルタナレーズン、オレンジピール、そしてスパイスの温かさ – 報われる、元気の出る、申し分ない美味しさ。 The nose was immediately floral and exotic – a heady mix of honeysuckle, night-scented stock and pea-pods with Bourneville chocolate, old tobacco boxes, Brazil nuts, smouldering cinnamon incense and brown sugar on pineapple and papaya. The palate also had a silky, perfumed, exotic character – combining gingerbread heat with cooling menthol; then further flavours of rosewater, coffee, coconut, chocolate truffles and enticing Moroccan spices. With water, warm Danish pastries with raisins and cherries wafted past the nose, while the palate became more deeply Moroccan – preserved lemons, apricots, sultanas, orange peel and warm spice – rewarding, cheering and beautifully tasty.
