甘くてジューシー、酸っぱくてフルーティ Sweet and juicy, tart and fruity

その魅力的な香りが呼び起こした記憶は、バニラ・カスタード添えのリンゴ・洋梨煮、レモンドリズルケーキ、シロップ・スポンジケーキ – そしてカルメ焼き、大麦糖、それに気持ちよい木の香り（磨きたてのキャビネット、バルサ材、クーパレージ）。 ストレートの味は甘くてジューシー、酸っぱくてフルーティだった – マンゴー、桃、ブドウ、リンゴ、缶詰フルーツのサラダ、そして木のカップに入れた苦いレモン。 加水すると、香りにはマジパン、砂糖掛けアーモンド、オイルを塗った木材、レモン、コショウ、そして新鮮な花々が咲き乱れる高原。味は酸っぱさが幾らかなくなり、アップルデニッシュ、タルト・タタン、そして花の砂糖漬けのようなフローラルな甘さが幾分か感じられた。 この蒸溜所の「シンボル」はイヌワシだ。 The attractive nose, evoked memories of cooked apple and pear with vanilla custard, lemon drizzle cake and syrup sponge – also puff candy, barley sugars and pleasant woody notes (freshly polished cabinets, balsa, cooperage). The unreduced palate was sweet and juicy, tart and fruity – mango, peach, grape, apple, tinned fruit salad and bitter lemon in a wooden cup. With water, the nose found marzipan, sugared almonds, oiled wood, lemon, pepper and fresh flower meadows. Some of the tartness left the palate, which now conveyed apple Danish, tarte tatin and some floral sweetness like candied petals. The distillery's ‘totem’ is the golden eagle.
