[ノーズ]スポティッドディックとカスタードから始まり、パイナップル、煮たリンゴ、ママレードのフルーティーさが広がり、その後ゆっくりとエキゾチックなスパイスのニュアンスも感じる。 [パレット]チェリー、リンゴ、ジャム入りビスケット、マンゴーチャツネ、スパイス入りレーズン、デーツ、ナン。最後にスパイスと樹皮を感じる。いったん味わいが抜けると、しっとりとしたジンジャーブレッド、スパイスの入ったプラム、イチジクロール、砂糖、そしてシナモン入りのフランベしたバナナは、暖かく癒される太陽の光のよう。ゴールデンシロップ、トフィーアップル、洋ナシパン、シュトーレン、ホットクロスバン。砂糖とスパイス、全てが良い！ Starting with spotted dick and custard, the nose expands in fruitiness (pineapple, stewed apple, marmalade), slowly becoming more exotic, even developing hints of eastern spice. The immediate palate offers cherry, cooking apple and jammy dodger, then mango chutney, spiced raisins, dates and Peshawari naan; the finish discovers spice powders and tree bark. On the reduced nose, moist gingerbread, spiced plums, fig rolls, spun sugar and flambéed banana with cinnamon evoke warm, healing sunshine. The palate becomes smoother with golden syrup, toffee apple and a curiosity cabinet of birnbrot, stollen and hot cross buns – sugar and spice and all things nice!
