[ノーズ]海藻、海岸に敷かれた昆布、海岸の砂に続きヨードと炭素、生理食塩水消毒剤とスモークピーナッツ。パプリカのニュアンスとレモングラスが続く。加水するとより複次的で土っぽさを感じる。古い家具のニュアンス、破れた革の椅子、スポーツカーの室内装飾、消毒された包帯とエンジンオイル。 [パレット]オイル、甘味、木灰、うまみの大きくうねるような味わい。成熟して落ち着いている。ほんの少し加水すると更に甘味が増し、フリーズドライストロベリー、ラズベリー、ルバーブとカスタードのお菓子。フィニッシュは湿布がはためいている。 The nose opens with seaweed, kelp-strewn seashores and beach sand before moving into carbolic territory with iodine, saline antiseptics and smoked peanuts. Hints of paprika and lemongrass follow on. With water it becomes more tertiary and earthy. Hints of old furniture, cracked leather chairs, sports car upholstery, disinfected bandages and engine oil. In the mouth it is a big, rolling tide of oil, sweetness, wood ashes and umami. A disarming apparent maturity. A little dilution further enhances the sweetness and adds freeze-dried strawberries, raspberries and rhubarb and custard boiled sweets. A flutter of embrocations in the finish.
