キンポウゲ、夏の山小屋、バーベキュー Buttercups, bothies and barbeques

かなり異例の香り － 示唆するのはシュガーパフで一杯の石炭袋、岩間の水たまりの傍らに咲くキンポウゲ、夏の山小屋（古風な石油ランプ付き）、バニラ、クローブ、そしてハチミツを塗って焦がした炙り焼きのサバ。 味は実にスモーキーかつ食べ物のようで、マスタードを効かせたホットドッグに山盛りの十分に焦がし炒めたタマネギを含む – そしてタール、灰、ラベンダー、石炭。加水すると、香りはスモークとスイートの良好な均衡に至る – マスタードシード、甘いパン、そしてサモア風に穴にいれて料理した豚肉。 加水しても口が受ける衝撃は大きく、舌が焼けるよう – 軽く焦がしたシュニッツェルのフラワーサラダ添え。 「大好きか大嫌いかに分かれる」蒸留所から。 カラー：朝の陽光の黄金色 (0.6) ソサエティ日本支部のコメント 【松葉を燻したスモーキーアロマと海辺のBBQフレーバー。１滴の水がフルーティな甘さを開花させる。】 A rather unusual nose – it suggested a coal sack full of sugar puffs, buttercups by rock-pools, a bothy (with old-fashioned oil lamps), vanilla, clove and barbecued honey-glazed charred mackerel. The taste was quite smoky and foody, with seriously caramelized onions shovelled on a mustardy hot dog – also tar, ash, lavender and coal. With water, the nose achieved a good balance of smoke and sweet – mustard seed, sweet bread and pork cooked in a pit, Samoan style. Even in reduction the mouth impact was big and tongue-roasting – slightly burnt schnitzel with flower salad. From the ‘love it or hate it’ distillery. Colour: morning sunlight gold (0.6)
