香水が香り、ピートが煙る、おやすみのキス A perfumed, peat-smoked goodnight kiss

香りは主に「海」だった − ボート小屋、タールまみれの流木、乾いた海藻、浜辺の焚き火、シーフードのバーベキュー − 柑橘系とラベンダーの香水、スレート、蜂蜜、セイボリースパイスもあった。味には強烈に甘くてフローラルな要素（シャーベットストロー、花蜂蜜）とクエン酸の煙があった − その後に釣り合いを取って好ましい木炭、赤ピーマン、甘いエスプレッソの澱。フィニッシュにはハーブと塩。加水すると、香りでは美容師のグループが浜辺のバーベキューに付き添い、味にはフォーム・シュリンプ、リフレッシャーズ、焼きマシュマロがあった − よりソフトで甘く、見事なバランス − フローラル系の香水が香り、ピートが煙る、おやすみのキス。 The nose was primarily maritime – boat sheds, tarry driftwood, dried seaweed, beach bonfires and sea-food barbeques – we also got citric and lavender perfume, slate, honey and savoury spice. The palate had intensely sweet and floral elements (sherbet straws, blossom honey) and citric smoke – then a balancing and acceptable bitterness of charcoal, pink peppercorns and sugary espresso dregs; herbs and salt in the finish. On the reduced nose, the beach barbeque was now being tended by a group of beauticians, while the palate held foamy shrimps, refreshers and toasted marshmallows – softer, sweeter and finely balanced – a floral perfumed, peat-smoked goodnight kiss.
