ストリッパーのウィスキー Striptease whisky

最初の香はゆっくりと、そしてドアを叩き割るのではなく徐々に窓から入ってくるようだ。最初はブラウンソース(店で売っている新聞と誰かが言った)、その後ダイジェスティブビスケットに変化し、タフィー 、タブレット、バニラファッジが現れる。 ストレートでは味は柑橘系（オレンジ、レモン Chewits) 、かすかな蝋、ダークチョコレートも感じる。加水すると柑橘系の香（レモンソープ、グレープフルーツ、シャーベット）に美味しいフルーツジャムが添えられているようだ。デメララクランチがバランスの良い甘さを出している。 加水後の味は統一感のある魅力的な甘みとウッディーな深みを感じる。「ゆっくりと服を脱いでいるようだ」と誰かが言った。「うー！」とウィスキーハウンド犬。「ストリッパーのウィスキー！ 」蒸留所はロセスの墓を見下ろす場所にある。 The nose seemed a slow starter, gently tapping the window rather than hammering the door; an initial touch of brown sauce (`Chippie newspaper` someone said) gave way to digestive biscuits, toffee, tablet and vanilla fudge. The unreduced palate had citrus (orange, lemon Chewits) a hint of wax and some dark chocolate. After water, citrus invaded the nose (lemon soap, grapefruit, sherbet) with nice fruity jam and Demerara crunch providing the balancing sweetness. The reduced palate displayed subtle integration of sweet charm and woody depth. Somebody remarked, `It undresses slowly.` `Mmm!` said the whisky-hound, `Striptease whisky!` The distillery overlooks Rothes graveyard.
