日差しの中で花をいける

[ノーズ]繊細で愛らしい香り、磨き上げたばかりの木材、カスタードを詰めたシュー皮、「ケーキを焼きながら日差しの中で花をいける」イメージが浮かぶ。しかしながら塩味のポップコーン、古いコニャックとヒュミドールから香ってくるもの感じる。 [パレット]味わいは甘み、ジューシーさ、フルーティー、スパイシーさとリッチで、砂糖と塩味のキャラメル、エクルズケーキとイチジクのヨーグルトが、レモンの皮とココナッツが余韻に残る。さらにジャスミン、メドウスイートと、フラワーショップのカウンターにいるよう。砂糖漬けジンジャーと黒砂糖、シナモンとフランベしたバナナも感じる。フィニッシュにはチェリーブランデー、モンシェリーチョコレート、マジパン、プラムジャム、タバコ。 The immediate nose was delicate and lovely, with freshly polished wood, custard-filled choux pastries and “flower arranging in the sunshine while baking cakes”. However, there was also salted popcorn, old cognac and something from the humidor. The palate was sweet, juicy, fruity, spicy and rich, had spun sugar and salted caramel, Eccles cakes and fig yoghurt, with lemon peel and coconut in the lingering finish. The reduced nose seemed even more floral – jasmine, meadowsweet and flower shop counters; candied ginger and bananas flambéed with brown sugar and cinnamon. The palate now showcased cherry brandy, Mon Cheri chocolates, marzipan, plum jam and tobacco.
