春風のようにフレッシュ

［ノーズ］元気がよく、きれいで爽快それはまるで、新鮮な春のそよ風がチューリップや水仙を渡って、そこにハチミツの甘さとレモン味とミント味のフォンダン（エディンバーグロック、バーウィックコックルズ）。 ［パレット］甘さと引き起こし（軽いトフィ、バタースコッチ）、すぐにピリッと生き生きとした、特に白胡椒と口を麻痺させるクローブやナツメグのスパイスが広がる。そして、ヒマラヤスギの木の香りとヘーゼルナッツの殻。水と一緒になると、香りが少し変わり、味わいはすぐにりんご、梨、オレンジそしてかすかにドライパイナップル、バナナとココナッツのような果物が見つかる。だけど、持続する乾いたスパイスの香りは良い働きをしている。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 The nose was bright, clean and invigorating – fresh as a spring breeze over tulips and daffodils, with added sweetness of honey and lemon-flavoured and mint-flavoured cured fondants (Edinburgh rock, Berwick cockles). The palate gave initial sweetness (light toffee, butterscotch), quickly followed by an expanding lively tingle of spice – especially white pepper and mouth-numbing clove and nutmeg – also some woody notes of cedar and hazelnut shells. With water, the nose changed little, but the palate suddenly found fruit – apple, pear, orange and some slightly tropical impressions of dried pineapple, banana and coconut – still with a good shake of enduring drying spice.
