[ノーズ]チョコレートの香りが漂い、オレンジとレモンピールを砂糖シロップの瓶に入れたかのような風味。 [パレット]最初の一口は蜜蝋、オレンジのキャンディ、フルーツとナッツのチョコレートバー。フィニッシュは長く、アプリコット、レモンとライム、シャーベット、梨とみかん。加水すると軽いアーモンド、フレッシュなホワイトオーク、バターたっぷりのペイストリー、ヘーゼルナッツとホットココア。スパイシー（生姜、アニス、ナツメグ）だが厚みがあり、ココナッツの樹脂、キャラメルクリームそして香木。 This dram brought out our creative side. We were preparing for a bake sale. Aromas of chocolate puffed rice cakes floated around, someone sliced apples for turnovers and lemon and orange peel bubbled in a pot of sugar syrup. The first sip held beeswax, orange barley sugars, fruit and nut chocolate bars and a curious perfumed lavender note (perhaps in shortbread). The finish was long with apricots, lemon and lime, sherbet, pears and tangerines. Water released light almond notes, fresh white oak, buttery pastries, hazelnuts and milk chocolate. The taste was spicy (ginger, aniseed, nutmeg), but thick and resinous with coconut, crème caramel and perfumed wood.
