音楽のストリングの様な軽快さ

香りは甘くそして快い風味がある、それはパイナップルの山、レモンディゼルケーキ、青りんご、レモンシャーベット、　ピリッとしたクエン酸、ピーンとマンダリンの弦の音のようにシャープだが、黄色いバラやヒナギク草地のようなフレッシュさもある。減っていかない味には複雑な層があり、レモンボンボン、鍋で煮詰めたリンゴ、レモンの皮と酸味のある植物の苦みも感じられ、それはプラスティックシーンとプレイドーの粘土のワックスさ、ココナッツとタバコが深味と快活のユーカリが後からピリピリ来る。香りが薄くなりる、香りが上がりそして辛口に、たとえば西からふくそよ風がレモン畑の葉をちらちらさせる、それはまるで愛の苦痛のように鋭い。味わいが薄くなると全て一緒にしてしまい、ビタースウィート、口の中はレモンドロップのピリッとした味に喜び感じる。 The nose is sweet and zesty – pineapple humps, lemon drizzle cake, green apple, sherbet lemons – a citric zing, sharp as the ping of a mandolin string – but also perfumed and fresh, like yellow roses and daisy meadows. The unreduced palate has layers of complexity – lemon bonbons, stewed apples in the pan – lemon zest and sorrel bitterness – plasticine and Play-doh waxiness – coconut and tobacco depth and pleasant eucalyptus after-tingles. The reduced nose is uplifting and poignant, like zephyrs shimmering the leaves of a lemon grove; sharp as the pain of love. The reduced palate synthesises everything – bitter-sweet, mouth-tingling lemon drops of pleasure.
