野生の花が多い茂草地を散歩していたら気持ちを上げてくれる花やハーブの香りがしてきてい、少し休憩をして誰かがリュックサックから新しい詩集を取り出し、初めてその本を開き大声で読み始めたのを想像して下さい。それを聞きながら自分たちのリュックサックからラズベリーのマジパンタルト、ココナッツチョコレートブロンディとチェリーチョコレートを取り出しました。一滴の水で私たちはエルダーフラワーとライムのソーダを初めに飲みそしてその間にスパイスの効いたキャラメルリンゴケーキを味わい、そして最後は気持ちの良い晴れた午後を迎えヴィオニエのワインを一杯頂いた。
Imagine walking through a wild flower meadow with plenty of grassy, floral and herbal aromas lifting the spirits, then take a break with someone opening their rucksack and getting out a brand new poetry book, opening it for the first time and starting to read aloud. Whilst listening we opened our rucksacks and enjoyed a raspberry-marzipan tart, coconut chocolate blondies and cherry chocolates. With a drop of water we initially drank an elderflower and lime cider, whilst on the palate now spiced caramel apple cake, and to end a perfect sunny afternoon we had a glass of Viognier wine.
