‘A sweet nutmegged kick’ /
甘く抜けるキック

[ノーズ]甘いオレンジエッセンシャルオイルと微かなラベンダーとレモングラス。続いて蜂蜜をまぶしたレーズン、マルメロパイ、アプリコットバニラジャムも香る。 [パレット]フルーティーさと新鮮なブドウの甘いキックのある味わいが合わさり、たっぷりと日に当たったレーズンのようで、言葉を失うほどの味わい。ほんの少し加水するとコーヒーとホワイトチョコレートプラリネ、ストロベリーホワイトチョコレートトリュフの滑らかで甘くフルーティーな味わいを感じる。 The initial nose neat was that of sweet orange essential oil with a hint of lavender and lemongrass. This was followed by honey-poached raisin and quince pie as well as apricot-vanilla bean jam. On the palate a fruity burst combined with a sweet kick of fresh grape flavours, like that in sun-soaked raisins, left us all feeling ‘nutmegged’ and almost speechless. With a drop of water the scent of blooming rhododendrons, sweet tobacco and coconut oil was followed by a smooth, sweet and fruity arrival on the palate – white chocolate pralines with a coffee filling and strawberry white chocolate truffles.
