ココ・シャネルと朝食 Breakfast with Coco Chanel

深みがあって温かく、魅惑的な香り―詩人は、カフェの中で、革のハンドバックから漂うココ・シャネルの香りだと認めている。焼きたてのパン オ ショコラとブリオッシュのように温かみがある。ヌッテラ（へーゼルナッツチョコレートスプレッド）やクランキーバー（ミルクチョコレートバー）は、朝食時には無作法ではあるが、おいしい。静かにコトコトと沸く芳しいコーヒーの香りは、意識を目覚めさせる。加水前の味は、カラメルで料理されたペアータタン（洋梨のタルト）と濃縮オレンジ、忘れてはならないのはカスタードクリームの中にあるピンクアプリコット。加水すると、香りは、ストロベリーヨーグルトによって和らげられ、フェレロ・ロシェのチョコレート菓子のように香ばしくなる。加水後の味は、クリスピーなダークチョコレートと葉の茂った生垣のへーゼルナッツオイルのように、深みがあり洗練されている。 The nose was deep, warming and seductive - the Poet recognised the scent of Coco Chanel wafting from a leather handbag through the café?; the warmth of freshly baked pain au chocolat and brioche. Nutella and Crunchy bars were naughty but nice at breakfast-time, and simmering aromatic coffee awakened the senses. The neat palate brought caramelised pear tatin and distilled oranges, not forgetting pink apricots in custard. With water, the nose became almost croquante with Ferrero Rocher chocolates, softened by strawberry yoghurt. The reduced palate brought the dark sophistication of crisp dark chocolate and hazelnut oil in a leafy hedgerow.
