想像力を刺激する Triggers the imagination

香りは私たちの想像力を刺激した – あるパネリストは遊園地（綿菓子、ゴーカート、靴磨き）にある女性用化粧室（香水、マニキュア落とし）の脇にいて、別のパネリストは自宅の物置小屋（防腐木材、金属の道具類、ガソリンエンジンの芝刈り機）にいた。 味は芳しく美味しかった – エキゾチックな果物（熟していないマンゴー、レモン）がレモングラス、唐辛子、シナモン、ナツメグ、そしてリコリスオールソートの中のココナッツボールと混じり合った。 加水した香りにはフローラルな香水、赤いゼリーとアイスクリーム、それにミントの小枝をのせたパッションフルーツのシャーベットがあった。味はジューシーで味わい深くなり、甘くフルーティなデザートの香りがヘシアンクロス、樹皮、胡椒っぽいキンレンカ、ナツメグ、オークとバランスを取った。 The nose triggered our imaginations – one panellist found himself by the ladies powder room (perfume, nail varnish remover) in a funfair (candy floss, dodgems, shoe shine)); another was in his garden shed (preserved wood, metal tools, petrol lawnmower). The palate was aromatically yummy – exotic fruits (unripe mango, lemon) mingled with lemongrass, chilli, cinnamon and nutmeg and those coconut rounds in Liquorice Allsorts. The reduced nose had floral perfumes, red jelly and ice-cream and passion-fruit sorbet with a sprig of mint. The palate was now juicy and tasty, with sweet, fruity dessert notes balancing hessian, tree bark, peppery nasturtiums, nutmeg and oak.
