追う楽しみ Fun to chase

エキゾチックなフルーツ（ドラゴンフルーツ、イチゴ、オレンジシャーベット）の組合わせで、強い甘さ（綿菓子、スキットルズ）と快い焙ったオーク、その香りは直ぐに心を捉えた。加水すると、魅惑的で謎めかしくなったが、それを追うのは楽しかった – タバコ、フォームバナナ、バニラ、マンゴー、ココナツ、そして花々に報われた。味は甘やかにジューシー、ベルベットのようになめらかで、香り高く、美味しそうだった – ロクム、スイカ、グーズベリー、レモン、チェリードロップの発泡性の刺激にアイシング掛けジンジャーブレッドとシナモンもあった。加水するとジューシーでトロピカル（フルーツカクテル、パイナップル）、しかしラベンダーの芳香と見事に微妙でスパイシー、ウッディな深みがあった。キャロンで唯一稼働している蒸溜所から。 With its combination of exotic fruits (dragon-fruit, strawberry, orange sherbet) intense sweetness (candy floss, Skittles) and pleasant toasted oak, the nose was immediately appealing. With water we found it intriguing and enigmatic but fun to chase – tobacco, foamy bananas, vanilla, mango, coconut and flowers rewarded our efforts. The palate was sweetly succulent, velvety, perfumed and mouth-watering – Turkish Delight, watermelon, gooseberry, lemon and cherry drops with iced gingerbread and cinnamon adding to the sherbety tingles. Water made it juicily tropical (fruit cocktail, pineapple) but with perfumed lavender and a lovely subtle, spicy, woody depth. From the only working distillery at Carron.
