[ノーズ]軽快さと芝生をまず感じ、続いて桃、熟れたアプリコット、ワックス、樽熟の白ワイン、シャモアレザー、ワインの保管庫とバター。ほんの少し加水するとヘザー、カモミールティー、アロマテラピーのレッスンを受けている様なハーブの柔らかな感じ。その後カスタードクリーム、ヒナギクと夏の牧草地の甘い香り。 [パレット]　脂質と甘味の両方を感じる。ホイップクリーム、焦がしバターソース、スイカとアイシングシュガー。後に土っぽさ、スイートラム、背景にエルダーフラワーコーディアル。フィニッシュには赤と白の核果の絶妙なミックスと甘美で複雑な味わい。 Lightness and grass come first, then peaches, ripe apricots, waxiness, oaked white wine, dusty chamois leather, wine lofts and butter. A little water and you also get heather, chamomile tea, a soothing herbal aspect like being in an aromatherapy session. Then the sweet release of custard creams, daisies and a summer meadow. To taste it is both fatty and sweet. Plenty of whipped cream, beurre noisette, watermelon and icing sugar. After dilution comes an earthy side, sweet rum, subtle background smoke and elderflower cordial. A luscious and complex profile with a mixture of red and white stone fruits lingering in the finish.
