揺れるマジックバルーン Waving magic balloons

この複雑な香りは、どっしりとした甘さ（ダークフルーツを使ったフルーツケーキ、蜂蜜、メープル シロップ、黒糖、トフィーアップル）に独占されている。ローズ、ラベンダー、ココナッツ、アーモンド、オレンジ、ジンジャーそしてスモークも香る。味は、糖蜜のトフィー、ナッツ、甘草、そしてアニス、ほどよい粘着性とチリの辛さ。加水すると、一時的に桃のキャンディーと‘マジック バルーン’の香り、その後に、リンゴ、ルバーブ、シトラス、シャーベット ファウンテンと濃いバタースカッチトフィーが続く。加水後もなお舌に強い刺激が伴い、煮込んだリンゴ、糖液の味がする。フィニッシュは、オレンジの皮とカラメル状の砂糖の心地よい苦味が呼び起こされる。蒸溜所は、長い間、ホワイトホースと関係を結んでいる。 This complex nose was dominated by ponderous sweetness (dark fruit cake, honey, maple syrup, muscovado, toffee apple). It also had rose, lavender, coconut, almond, orange, ginger and smoke. The palate had good viscosity and chilli heat; flavours of treacle toffee, nuts, liquorice and aniseed spice. Water briefly waved pear-drops and 'magic balloons' at the nose, followed by apple, rhubarb and citrus, sherbet fountains and dark butterscotch toffee. The reduced palate was still tongue-nipping, with stewed apple and molasses; the finish now a pleasantly bitter evocation of orange zest and caramelised sugar. The distillery had a long connection with White Horse.
