[ノーズ]干し草の敷かれた納屋、ドライフルーツのとろけそうな甘い香り。焦がした小麦粉、インドのレモンピクルスと甘い砂糖。 [パレット]滑らかなスパイス、ピングクレープフルーツマルガリータ、チリソルトの生き生きとはつらつした味わい。加水すると、パイナップル、マンゴーのトロピカルフルーツ、ベイクウェルタルト、グーズベリーフールの甘い味わい。砂糖がけジンジャー、クリーミーなバニラファッジと塩キャラメルをかけたマシュマロが口の中いっぱいに危険なほど味わい深い。 A malty, sweet, dusty aroma at first; hay bales in a barn loft, dried flowers as well as malted and toasted wheat flakes which were followed by Indian lemon pickle sweetened with jaggery. Lively and playful on the palate neat; gentle spice tickled our taste buds before a punchy pink grapefruit margarita prepared with chilli salt made an entertaining entry. Water added tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and mango, the sweet scent of a Bakewell tart and a gooseberry fool with garibaldi fingers. Mouth-filling and dangerously moreish to taste now; crystallised ginger, creamy Madagascan vanilla fudge and salted caramel swirl marshmallows.
