繊維質でくすぐったい Textural and ticklish

麦わら、牧草、そして干草がくすぐったい―イチゴ、クリーム、フルーツのアイスキャンディーが現れ、夏らしい印象が続く。パフキャンディー、スパンコール、レモンボンボン、駄菓子の粉のソーダも感じられる。味は甘くて心地よく、舌の上で粉のソーダがはじけるので唇がうずうずする。甘草味のジュースディスペンサー‘ミリオンズ’のよう。ドライな後味は、ビンテージシャンパンを思わせる。加水すると香りはよりミルキーになり―ミルクキャンディー、ミルキーウェイ、また、フォーミィーバナナズ（バナナ味のグミ）やライム風味のチョコレートキャンディーも感じられる。味は少し発泡性を失うが、泡立ったチョコレートミルクシェイクのように、さらに特徴が統合されてくる。心地よい口あたりでリフレッシュする一杯。蒸溜所の名は、ロッシー川の谷に由来。 The straw, grass and hay tickled us - the summery impression continued with strawberries and cream and fruity ice lollies. We also found puff candy, spangles, lemon bonbons and sherbet. The palate was sweetly lip-tingling with little sherbety bursts on the tongue, like liquorice sherbet fountains or 'Millions'. The dry finish evoked vintage champagne. With water the nose grew more milky - milk lollies, Milky Way; also foamy bananas and chocolate limes. The palate lost some fizziness, becoming more integrated, like frothy chocolate milk-shake. A refreshing dram with delightful texture. The distillery takes its name from the valley of the River Lossie.
