ブラッックプール上空の熱気球 Hot air balloon over Blackpool

香りは主に甘くフルーティだった − 「ブラックプール・ロック・ハードキャンディ」や綿菓子、パイナップル・キューブ・キャンディ、「アイアンブルー」、そしてフルーティさはネクタリン、杏、マラスキーノチェリー、アップルタイザー、桃とブラックカラントのクランブルという形で。新しい靴、女性の香水、暖かな干し草畑もあった。味はかなり繊細 − たっぷりの甘さ（チョコレート、柔らかい蜂蜜、「フランプ」、「リフレッシャーズ」、チェリー味の「チューンズ」、クレームブリュレの焦げた上部）、そしてミント葉が漂う。カスクの影響が風船の張り綱のようにこれをつなぎ止めている − バルサ材、ワックスをかけた木製家具、オークの削り屑、アニスの実、ココナッツ。繊細で清々しいウイスキーだが、飛んでいってしまうのを止められる程度に木材の重りが入っている。 The nose was mainly sweet and fruity – sweetness as in Blackpool Rock, candy floss, pineapple cubes and Irn Bru; fruity in the form of nectarines, apricots, maraschino cherries, Appletiser and peach and blackcurrant crumble; we also found new shoes, ladies perfume and warm hayfields. The palate was rather delicate – plentiful sweetness (chocolate, runny honey, Flumps, Refreshers, cherry Tunes, crème brûlée crust) and wafts of mint leaf. The cask influence held it down like guy-ropes restraining a balloon – balsa wood, waxed wooden furniture, oak shavings, aniseed and coconut. A delicate, refreshing dram, with just enough wood ballast to stop it flying away.
