Ginger and jelly sweets /

[ノーズ]顕著なスパイス香、オレンジの皮、刈った芝、ナツメグとジンジャーが広がる。緑の木々の香り、花が咲き乱れる庭、蜂蜜を集める蜂が群がるラベンダーの茂み。土っぽい香りが葉巻とコーヒー豆を想起させ、歯ごたえのあるジンジャービスケットがクミン、コリアンダーと再びハーブ香を迎え入れる。 [パレット]フレッシュで生き生きとした砂糖がけジンジャーとグリーンゼリーが混ざり合う。新鮮なパイナップルとレモン風味の麦芽水が優しく包みこみ、フィニッシュには緑の樹皮とライムの皮。 A pronounced spice brought a blanket of ginger and nutmeg interwoven with orange skin and cut grass. Green woody notes introduced a flower garden in full bloom and lined with lavender bushes hosting a squadron of bees collecting nectar with which to make honey. Earthy tones became reminiscent of cigars and coffee beans whilst crunchy ginger biscuits reintroduced a spice that journeyed towards cumin and coriander. The palate was fresh and lively, combining crystalised ginger and green jelly sweets. The zing of fresh pineapple softened to lemon barley water as the finish embraced green bark and lime skin.
