バラの茂み、オレンジ色の花、野生のイチゴ畑の乾燥した土と木材が香る。桃に続き缶詰のフルーツ、チリ、ピンクペッパーとライムピクルス。バニラ、ターキッシュデライト、ナツメグ、サンダルウッドの甘い香り。その後ドライフラワーとドライハーブ、ソフトレザーとポルチーニ茸のニュアンスを感じる。ジェリービーンズ、ルバーブ、ジンジャー、オレンジ、洋ナシのジューシーな果物の味わい。その後フィニッシュへ向け、トリュフ、コーヒー豆、ココアパウダー、クレームドブリュレ、濃い紅茶とオーク。 The nose brought dusty dry earth and wood amidst patches of rose bushes, orange blossom and wild strawberries. Notes of bruised peaches turned to tinned fruit cocktail before the palate exploded with chillies, pink peppercorns and lime pickle. Sweeter notes emerged as vanilla and Turkish delight combined with nutmeg on a bed of sandalwood. Once diluted the dry flowerbeds now captured nuances of dried herbs, soft leather and porcini mushrooms. Juicy fruits sprouted from the dust as jelly beans delivered orange and pear character alongside rhubarb and ginger. Then towards the end came cocoa powder on truffles and coffee beans with crème brûlée, strong black tea and seasoned oak.
