パネルは新鮮な海風に迎えられ、幾多の芳香が運ばれてきた - 作りたてのペストリー生地、レモンメレンゲパイ、温かい麦芽ビスケット、ソーダブレッド、そしてスパイシーな四川風牛肉炒めのからかうようなひと吹き。 味はペッパークリームソースの炭火焼きステーキかハニーマスタード漬けマグロのグリルが続いた。 水を1滴加えると、さわやかに晴れた春の朝、スコットランド沿岸にある砂丘ゴルフコースでのファーストショットに運ばれた。 味は伝統的なホットトディのようにソフトでスムーズ、温かくなり、フィニッシュにはトーストしたクルトンを散らした温かいチキン・シーザーサラダ。 The Panel was greeted by a fresh sea breeze carrying a myriad of aromas; freshly made pastry dough, lemon meringue pie, warm malt biscuits, soda bread, and the teasing whiff of spicy crisp beef Szechuan style. The taste followed on with charred steak in pepper cream sauce or a grilled tuna in a honey mustard marinade. A drop of water transported us to the first tee of a Scottish links golf course on a fresh, sunny, spring morning. The taste was now soft, smooth and warming like a classic hot toddy and in the finish warm chicken Caesar salad with toasted croutons.
