ジャムセッション Jam Session

初めから甘い芳香；糖蜜トフィー、ハニーカム、シナモンロール、赤砂糖でローストした洋梨、そしてリッチなダークチョコレート・マカダミアナッツ・クッキー。この全てが、切りたてのユリが隅に飾られている女性用化粧室にいるかのように香水の中に呑み込まれる。 味は赤い果物のジャム、焦がしバター掛けクランベリー・ジンジャーブレッドケーキ、チョコレートレーズンの全部がオークのタンニンと混じり合ったもの。 加水すると、ジャムを作っているキッチンで爆発があったかのようで、マジパンとクロスグリの甘い香り。その味はミリオネアズショートブレッド、フィグロール、そしてトロピカルフルーツのサラダ。 Sweet aromas from the word go; treacle toffee, honeycomb, cinnamon swirls, roasted pears with brown sugar and rich dark chocolate macadamia nut cookies. All of these are engulfed in perfume like being in a ladies powder room with fresh cut lilies in the corner. The taste is that of red fruit jam, brown butter cranberry gingerbread cakes, chocolate raisins all mixed together with wood spices and oak tannins. With water it is like an explosion in the kitchen making jam, sweet notes of marzipan and Turkish delight. The taste is now that of millionaire's shortbread, fig rolls and tropical fruit salad.
