焼けつく浜辺 Bakin' Beach

ストレートでは、パネルはすっかり焼かれた。焦げたハリエニシダの頭に上る芳香、泥炭地とディーゼルの蒸気にBBQしたベーグルとサワードウ（天然酵母）バンズが入り交じった。 味には淡水と海水両方の魚があり、アップルソースをかけたBBQポークを伴った。水を加えると、塩辛い空気、焼きピーマンと濡れた犬がパネルを迎えた。舌には酸味と一緒になった渋さが感じられ、ライムジュース、コールタール石けん、ラベンダーが新鮮な気分にしてくれて、パネルはもっと飲める気になった！ At full strength, the panel were fully baked. The heady aroma of scorched gorse, bog-land and diesel fumes interspersed with barbequed bagels and sour dough buns. With taste came fish, both fresh & sea water, accompanied by BBQ pork covered in apple sauce. Once water was added the panel were greeted by the smell of salty air, roasted peppers and wet dog. On the tongue astringency combined with acidity as lime juice, coal tar soap and lavender left the panel feeling fresh and ready for more!
