繊細で甘い焚き火の煙、松の実、ヘーゼルナッツ、チョコレートコーティングマシュマロが潮だまりで揺れ動き、夕日の暖かい輝きがカモメの羽を上空で照している静かな光景。海藻に覆われた岩の露頭で、ムール貝、カキ、塩味のダークチョコレートの大きな箱に囲まれて、炎症を起こした足ひれの周りに消毒ガーゼを注意深く包む人魚が座っている。数滴の水が魅力的な砂糖農園から漂う甘い香り、焼きたてのパンとバターを塗ったトースト、人魚の薬がクローブと樟脳、油ののった魚と混ざり合う。繊細なキャラクターがエルダーフラワーとリンゴの木のスモークと混ざり合い、スモークした大麦と焦げたミルクのクリーミーな香りで崇高なフィニッシュとなる。 Delicate and sweet bonfire smoke framed a scene of tranquillity as toasted pine nuts, hazelnuts and chocolate covered marshmallows bobbed in rock pools that reflected the warm glow of a setting sun as it illuminated seagulls wings high above. On a seaweed shrouded rocky outcrop sat a mermaid carefully wrapping antiseptic gauze around an inflamed flipper, surrounded by mussels, oysters and a large box of salted dark chocolates. A few drops of water delivered sweet smoke from a blazing sugar plantation that wisped over freshly baked bread and buttered toast as the mermaid's medicine combined cloves and camphor with oily fish. Subtle characters fused elderflower and applewood smoke on the sublime finish before ending with creamy notes of smoked barley and burnt milk.
