Notes of fried egg sweets, eucalyptus and milk ice lollies before a drying intensity of minerallic chenin blanc and lemon zest. An elusive glimmer of wax winks at you from the shadows. It swims like a salmon! Water unveils a mouthwatering citric acidity, white grape must, raisin ice cream, cinnamon bark and a gum tingling, lip-smacking finish.
