［ノーズ］まず生き生きとシャープなライムとキウイのグリーンの香り。樹脂の香りがするモミの実、スイカズラ、生姜のビスケット、ミントのフルーツサラダ。ネグローニをかき混ぜる赤いリコリススティック。加水するとホワイトチョコレート、干し草の俵、チョコレートライムのお菓子、レモンカードの柔らかな香り。 ［パレット］イチゴの綿菓子、風船ガム、バニラクリームソーダ。抹茶と炒ったゴマも感じる。加水すると厚みのある質感のワクシーなフルーツ、桃の種、アーモンド、アップルタルトとジンジャーピクルスのような感じとチェリーとラズベリーを煮詰めたもの。 The initial nose was sharp and lively with the greenery of lime and kiwi. Some mint-tinged fruit salad with resinous notes of fir cones, honeysuckle, and ginger biscuits. A stick of red liquorice stirring a negroni. Water brought out softer notes of white chocolate, hay bales, chocolate lime sweets and lemon curd. The palate revealed strawberry candy floss, bubble gum and vanilla cream soda. Some matcha and toasted sesame seeds. With reduction there was a thicker texture of waxed fruits, peach stones, almonds, apple tart and things like pickled ginger, stewed cherries and raspberry macaron biscuits.
