ワクシーでオイリーを感じる少し変わった香り。花と生け垣、パテ、ワックスに浸したわら、詰め物をしたギリシャのブドウの葉、蜂の花粉と亜麻仁油。味わいは、この熟成年よりも熟成感を感じる。ドライマンゴーとメルティスニューベリー（ゼリー）フルーツ、オリーブオイルケーキ、ピーカンパイとヤムヤムドーナツ、そして塩とコショウの土っぽさでフィニッシュ。加水すると、香りはフルーツガム、濃厚なサルタナケーキ、オレンジとレモンのパンナコッタ、アガベシロップ、蜜蝋、ハニカムと変わる。味わいは、フルーツパスティーユ、ピーチ、チェリー、ブラックカラントから始まり、マジパンとアンジェリカの砂糖漬けへと変わり、カルダモン、ジンジャー、ジュニパー、オークでフィニッシュ。 The slightly wacky nose had waxy oiliness – flowers and hedgerows, putty, straw dipped in wax, stuffed Greek vine leaves, bee pollen and linseed oil. The palate tasted older than its years – dried mango and Meltis newberry (jellied) fruits, olive oil cake, pecan pie and yum-yums and a salt and pepper earthiness to finish. The reduced nose held fruit gums, rich sultana cake and orange and lemon Pana cotta, agave syrup, beeswax and honeycomb. The palate now started with fruit pastilles, peach, cherry and blackcurrant, shifted to marzipan and candied angelica and finished up with teasing cardamom, ginger, juniper and oak.
