[ノーズ]チャイブとチェリーののど飴、わずかにラベンターハニーのニュアンス。心地よいシリアルの香りからバターアップルフランへと変化し、刺激的なホワイトペッパーも感じる。 [パレット]ピリッとした味わいよりも、リンゴを発酵したシードル、エルダーフラワーの自然の華やかさ、そしてジャスミンを感じる。ブラウントーストの蜂蜜掛けが良いアクセントになり、バニラが溶けたトフィーが口中に広がる。マーマレードと緑色のフルーツ、木材のスパイシーさ、ターメリック粉がフィニッシュまで楽しめる。 The nose carried a curiously herbal constitution that dipped between chives and cherry cough sweets with a definite hint of lavender honey. A tingle of white pepper excited the senses before comforting cereal notes developed into buttery apple flan. Apples fermented into cider with the light and floral nature of elderflower and jasmine whilst the palate, rather than being hot, gently teased with pink pickled ginger. Sweetness flooded the tongue as toffee melted into vanilla with a good helping of honey on brown toast. A zesty sparkle of green fruits with marmalade carried through to the finish of wood spice and a dusting of turmeric.
