先ず第一に、元気いっぱいの香り。レモンソーダ、ブランブル、イラクサ、ペアドロップ、フィノ・シェリー、バタースコッチ。ひとくちすすると、若干の酸味とたくさんの熱さ。果物もたっぷりで（マンゴー）、とても熟している。プラリネと飴煮リンゴのパイで強烈に甘い。少し加水すると全体が落ち着くが、落ち着き過ぎはしない。香りはよりクリーミーになる。クレーム・カラメル、チョコレート・シンダートフィー、お祖母ちゃんのシェリー。ずっと飲みやすくもなる。トロピカルフルーツが続き、バーボンのようなスパイシーさ（クローブ）があって、クリーンで寛大。 There’s a feisty nose to start with. Fizzy lemon, brambles, nettles, pear drops, fino sherry and butterscotch. Takea sip and there’s a bit of sourness and a lot of heat. Lots of fruits too (mango) and they’re very ripe. Intenselysweet with pralines and caramelised apple pie.Add some water to calm things down, but not too much. The nose is creamier now. Crème caramel, chocolatecinder toffee and granny’s sherry. Drinking is also much easier now. It’s clean and forgiving with a tropicalfruit medley and bourbon-like spiciness (cloves).
