香りは、ゴールデン シロップ、スパン シュガー、メープル キャンディー、ビクトリア クリーム スポンジの甘い歌を奏でる。ヒッコリー材、磨き上げられた家具、クルミ油、Victory Vs の控えめな低音のハーモニー。口に含むと、そのハーモニーは焦げたオーク、生姜のピクルス、コリアンダー、リコリスの根、噛みタバコ、皮革の垂木を持ち上げるようなクレッシェンドへと膨らみ、ホワイトチョコレート、ハチミツ、ハニーケーキ、大麦糖の控え目な甘さを感じる。加水すると、香りはソーテルヌ、ブランデーで浸したプラム、森のフルーツジャムが現れる。加水した味わいは、チェリーチョコレート、クリスマスケーキ、ねっとりとしたトフィープディングが口の中に広がり、ピンクペッパーと噛んだ鉛筆の先のウッディなフィニッシュを感じる。 The nose crooned sweet songs of golden syrup, spun sugar, maple candies and Victoria cream sponge; with an understated bass harmony of hickory wood, polished furniture, walnut oil and Victory Vs. On the palate, that harmony swelled to a rafter-raising crescendo of charred oak, pickled ginger, coriander, liquorice root, chewing tobacco and leather; its sweetness (white chocolate, honey, molasses cake, barley sugars) seemed more subdued. The reduced nose discovered Sauternes, brandy-macerated plums and fruits of the forest jam. The palate now conveyed cherry chocolates, Christmas cake and sticky toffee pudding with a woody finish of pink peppercorns and chewed pencil ends.
