口中を覆って、粘り気があり、重い Mouth-coating, viscous and weighty

香りには土っぽい魅力があった – ガリバルディ・ビスケット、ピーナッツ・クッキー、パンプキンシードオイル、シンダートフィー、炒ったココナツ、ココアパウダーを振ったカプチーノの全てが挙がった。 加水すると、バニラ、ストロープワッフル、ゴールデンシロップ、亜麻仁油が現れた − 微かな薬っぽいノートさえも。味には何やら対立するところがあった – トリークルのような、粘り気のある要素が口中を覆って重みがあり（マヌカ蜂蜜、モルトエキス、カラメル、ドライローストピーナッツ、フェンネルシード）、一方にはスイカ、リンゴ、クエン酸、炭酸ジュースの要素もある。 加水すると、味にはコショウ、アーモンド、生姜、ココナツのウッディさ、赤砂糖とヌガーの甘さ、そして快活なレモンゼストが織りなす愉快なバランスがあった。 The nose had an earthy attractiveness – garibaldi biscuits, peanut cookies, pumpkin seed oil, cinder toffee, toasted coconut and dusted cappuccinos were all mentioned. With water, we found vanilla, stroop waffles, golden syrup and linseed oil – even a slight medicinal note. The palate contained something of a dichotomy – treacly, viscous elements were mouth-coating and weighty (manuka, malt extract, caramel, dry roasted peanuts, fennel seeds) – but it also had a watermelon, apple, citric and Shloer juice fizz going on. In reduction, the palate found a pleasing balance between pepper, almond, ginger and coconut woodiness, brown sugar and nougat sweetness and zingy lemon zest.
