[7.151] Lebkuchen and marrons glacés /
レープクーヘンとマロングラッセ

[ノーズ] 香りは甘く様々なものを想起させる（ヌガー、チョコレートファッジ、バニラアイスクリーム、キャラメル）、たくさんのフルーツ（フルーツポンチ、スターバストキャンディ）、パテ、ペイントした木と洗濯物。 [パレット] 味わいはよりフルーツさがあるが、加えて大きく熱気がある、マンゴーにライムジュースがかかっているかのようで、また塩と唐辛子がパイナップルに振りかけていているようでもある。甘さはレープクーヘンと凍らしたキャラメルとマロングラッセ。さらに味わいはフルーティになり、リンゴ、ピニャコラーダとカルヴァドス漬けのフルーツ。最後にジューシーでフルーティになり、マンゴーやパッションフルーツ、そして軽い木（樹液の多い小枝）そして塩と生姜のキックを感じる。 The nose gave us lots of sweet indications (nougat, chocolate fudge, vanilla ice-cream, caramel), plentiful fruit (fruit punch, Starburst), putty, painted wood and laundry. The palate had rather more fruit, but also with big, impressive heat in it – we got lime juice on mango and pineapple sprinkled with salt and chilli; the sweetness came through as Lebkuchen, iced caramels and marrons glacés. The reduced nose seemed even fruitier – apples, piña colada and fruits soaked in Calvados. The reduced palate was juicy and fruity, with mango and passion-fruit, some light wood (sappy twigs) and a salt and ginger kick in the tail.
