たくさんのリンゴの香りが感じられる、フレッシュなリンゴ、シードル、フレンチリンゴタルトそしてナツメグやシナモンが効いたアメリカンアップルパイ。他にもイチゴのココナッツがけ、完熟したパイナップルや甘くて濃いチェリーも香る。味わいは、クリーミーなリンゴ、ペッパーや生姜のスパイスの効いた梨やチェリーのコンポートも。水で割ると、芳醇な香り、キャラメルリンゴのナッツのような香りそしてブラウンバターのカスタードタルトとマスカルポーネのホイップクリームのアプリコットパフェも香る。味わいはメープルアップルのコンポートのフレンチトーストと長い優しいハーブが入交、木の香るココナッツが最後に来る。 Plenty of apple notes on the nose neat; fresh apple slices, cider, French apple tart and all American apple pie with ground nutmeg and cinnamon. Other fruits were also apparent, coconut covered strawberries, ripe pineapples and dark sweet cherries. On the palate; a creamy apple, pear and cherry compote with the additional spicy kick of pepper and ginger. Diluted; rich, fragrant and the nutty scent of caramelised apples and brown butter custard tarts and apricot parfaits with mascarpone whipped cream. The taste was now French toast with maple-apple compote combined with a long pleasant herbal gentian and a sweet oaky coconut finish.
