寒い夜と暖かい火 Cold nights and warm fires

寒い夜と暖かい火の残り香の記憶のように、クリスマスケーキや酔っ払ったワインなどが混ざった驚くような香。オイリーナッツやバナナ、デメラララムも感じる。加水するとバラスがよく、糖蜜タフィー、クリームソーダやバニラ。若干ゴムを感じるが、味は甘く、リッチでダークである。加水するとかなりの甘さ（ブラウンシュガー）が出てくる。さらに多くのスパイス（クリスマスケーキミックス）もある。パネルはエッグノッグ、ブラウンブレッド、ナツメヤシやバニラも感じた。冬のパーフェクトで暖かくしてくれる。 Reminiscent of cold nights and warm fires, the nose had a stunning mix of Christmas cake and mulled wine. There were also oily nuts, bananas and Demerara rum. The reduced nose was well-balanced with treacle toffee, cream soda and vanilla. There was a little trace of rubber but the palate is mostly sweet, rich and dark. With water there was a lot of sweetness (brown sugar) and lots of spiciness (Christmas cake mix). The Panel also detected notes of egg nog, brown bread, dates and vanilla. A perfect winter warmer. From the distillery that was founded by John Duff in the late nineteenth century.
