舌鼓を打つほど華麗なるバレーダンサー Lip-smackingly gorgeous ballet dancer

香り（典型的ではない）は、モーニングサイド（エジンバラの高級住宅街）の淑女のハンドバックを思わせる。革、香水、化粧パフ、そしてごく僅かにタバコ、加えてシャーベットレモン（キャンディー）とポロミントの香りが伴う。脇道にそれて、バニラ、ココナッツバター、摘みたてのマリファナの葉の香りをみとめる。加水によって、香りのよいリンゴ（ピンクレディ、ジョナゴールド）、洋ナシのキャンディー、そしてチョコレートが香る。加水前の味は、すばらしい甘さ（糖衣がかかったケーキ、フロスティーズ、レッド リコリス）とともに芳しい香りがする。そのフローラルな香りの上品さは、実に舌鼓を打つほど豪華。「美しい調和とバランスが取れている―このモーニングサイドの淑女は、バレーダンサーに違いない！」加水後も魅惑的で―バタースカッチやブランウンシュガーに満たされる。蒸溜所は、はっきりとはしないが‘聖人たち’とつながりがある。シーバスリーガルの原酒のひとつ。 The nose (not untypical) suggested a Morningside lady’s handbag; leather, perfume, powder-puff and a slight dusting of tobacco, along with sherbet lemons and polo mints. On a different tangent, we identified vanilla, coconut butter and fresh cut marijuana leaves. Water brought out perfumed apples (pink lady, jonagold) pear-drops and chocolate. The unreduced palate was beautifully sweet (iced cakes, Frosties, red liquorice) and perfumed, its floral elegance quite lip-smackingly gorgeous. The Vault-master said “beautifully toned and balanced - this Morningside lady must be a ballet dancer!” It remained fantastic in reduction -butterscotch and brown sugar indulgence. The distillery has vague ‘holy men’ connections.
