陽のあたる麦畑と草原 Sunshine on barley fields and meadows

香りはスパイシーな樫、革、コショウ、艶出しと接着剤で楽しませてくれる。 たっぷりのトフィーとバニラがグラスの中で次々に花開く―最終的に粉っぽいタバコ、葉巻の箱、サウナに続く。味はダークで興味深い―魅力的な苦味。ダークチョコレート、革、焦がしたオレンジの皮、カンゾウ、タラゴン、チポレ・チリ(乾燥させ燻煙させた赤唐辛子)をほのめかす。 加水した香りは、トゥッティ・フルッティ・アイスクリーム(様々なフルーツフレーバーがミックスされたバニラアイス)とバニラを全てのベースとして、その上に干草の束の上に降り注ぐ日光、麦畑と草原、オールド・イングリッシュ・スパングル(カンゾウ味の飴)、オートミール、ラズベリー、バナナ。 味はフルーティになり、華やかでパフューム感があるが、ぴりっとして土っぽい要素もある。幅広くかつ複雑。 ベンリアックの隣の蒸溜所から。 色:ローズゴールド(1.1) ソサエティ日本支部の一言【チョコレートコーティングされたオレンジピール、モルトのしっかりした甘さ。】 The nose entertained us with spicy oak, leather, pepper, polish and glue; considerable toffee and vanilla kept blossoming in the glass – followed eventually by dusty tobacco, cigar boxes and saunas. The flavours were dark and interesting – attractively bitter; hinting at dark chocolate, leather, singed orange zest, liquorice, tarragon and chipotle chillies. The reduced nose gave us sunshine on hay bales, barley fields and meadows, Old English spangles, oatmeal, raspberry and banana, with tutti frutti ice-cream and vanilla underlying everything. The taste became fruity, floral and perfumed but with nippy, earthy elements – full and complex. From the distillery next to Benriach. Colour – rose gold (1.1)
