[ノーズ]バニラカスタード、柔らかいナシとレインボードロップの甘く香しい香りに続き、レモンシャーベットのシトラス感とライムママレード。 [パレット]チョコレートスイスロール、塩味のパイナップルとチェリーを添えたマルガリータ、フィニッシュはコリアンダーもしくはレモンジンジャーティーの暖かさ。味わいがいったん引くとバッテンバーグケーキとパイナップルタルト、ライム、マンゴー、パッションフルーツのシャーベットと微かなアロマテラピーの風邪薬のようなニュアンス。チェリーファッジとドリーミクスチャキャンディが合わさり味わい深く風味良く、シトラスの皮とスパイスが暖かみのある満足感を残す。 The nose delivers vanilla custard slice, soft pear and some perfumed sweetness (rainbow drops) before developing a citric tang of lemon sorbet and lime marmalade. The palate gets chocolate Swiss roll, salted pineapple and a margarita with a cherry on, while the heat on the finish suggests coriander or lemon and ginger tea. The reduced nose has Battenberg cake and pineapple tarts; lime, mango and passion-fruit sorbet and a vaguely medicinal note (cough mixture, an aromatherapy session). The palate is now tasty and rewarding, with cherry fudge and Dolly Mixtures – citric peel and spices providing a warm afterglow of contentment.
