バナナ入りのスパイシーなミューズリー Spicy muesli with bananas

「エステル、ホイップクリームとリンゴ。蜜とエンピツの木の香り。甘くメレンゲ。フィニッシュにジンジャーの隠し味。　うまい。」　最初のアロマは重たく（シロップのように）甘い。－缶詰の桃やパイナップル類－　やがて軽いシリアル、加えて乾燥バナナの香りへと展開する。グラマンのミューズリー（つぶしたバナナと干しアンズが混ざっている）、ひりひりと辛くて甘い味。－ダークチョコレートがかったオレンジピール－そしてスモークの気配。加水するとスモークが夢中になった相手のようになる。味は甘く、同時に宇宙の塵のごとくチクチク刺激し珍しくペッパーが利いている。色：ゴールデンシロップ The first aroma is heavy and syrupy - tinned peaches or pineapple segments - then a light cereal note develops, and also dried bananas. The overall effect is 'dusty' - one panellist suggested 'Granny's muesli' (i.e. a bit stale). Hot and sweet to taste at full strength - dark chocolate with dried orange peel - and a whiff of smoke. Water identifies the smoke as struck matches; now the muesli is mixed with mashed banana and dried apricots. Sweet to taste, tingling like space-dust and unusually peppery. The distillery's name translates as 'Big River'; it's situated on 'the Foggy Moss' near Elgin.
