満ちていてそして暖かい、サクサクしたペーストリー・ショールとスピンシュガーで作られたスリッパのように私達を楽しませてくれた。砕いた黒胡椒が美しいダークチョコレートムースとハニーコームクランチと新鮮なラズベリーにふりかけられたチョコレートの中を見え隠れしている。濃厚でフルーティな味わいがチェリーリキュール、マディラ酒、グランマニエに漬けたミカンの房、いちごシュナップスとダークネイビーラムに漬けたプラムに出くわした。加水をしたら多くのオレンジベースのディライトにチョコレートオレンジ、ブラッドオレンジとドライオレンジピールその中にはセロリの複雑なニュアンス、メロン、ユーカリの木、くるみそして皮が素晴らしいエンドとして用意される。
Full and warming, the aromas comforted us like a shortcrust pastry shawl and slippers made of spun sugar. Crushed black pepper came and went leaving behind luscious dark chocolate mousse with honeycomb crunch and chocolate sauce drizzled over fresh raspberries. The rich and fruity trend developed as we encountered cherry liqueur, madeira, tangerine segments soaked in Grand Marnier, strawberry schnapps and plums steeped in dark navy rum. Water released a plethora of orange-based delights with chocolate orange, blood orange and dried orange peel whilst complex nuances of celery, melon, eucalyptus, walnut and leather provided the perfect end.
