［ノーズ］暖かい晴れた日の午後、木のベンチに座って、刈りたての草を眺め、ピノ・グリージョを飲みながらデイジーを編んで首飾りを作る、もう1人は新鮮な冷たいランビックビールを飲んでいる様子が浮かぶ。 ［パレット］鋭くピリッとした絞りたてのライムジュース、ターキッシュデライトの甘い風味と「ナンシーのベルガモット」（エッセンシャルベルガモットオイルで風味付けされたキャンディー）。加水すると、フランスの、伝統的なサボン・ド・マルセイユで地中海の海水とオリーブオイルを伝統的な銅の大釜で混ぜ合わせるイメージ、その後リンドウリキュールのようにフレッシュでフルーティーでハーブの味わいが現れる。 We sat on a wooden bench on a warm sunny afternoon looking at the freshly cut grass, making daisy chains with one of us having a glass of Pinot Grigio while another a fresh cool lambic beer. On the palate a zesty, sharp and tangy freshly squeezed lime juice before the sweet flavours of Turkish delight and ‘The Bergamot of Nancy’ – a candy flavoured with essential bergamot oil appeared. After the addition of water, we were still in France this time with a traditional Savon de Marseille, mixing seawater from the Mediterranean Sea and olive oil in a traditional copper cauldron, while the taste now fresh, fruity and herbal like a gentian liqueur.
