Sumptuously simple but far from dull /

[ノーズ]熟れたナシ、草感のあるソーヴィニヨンブラン、ストロベリーリコリスに続きラズベリーシャーベットと栗のピューレと素朴な甘さへ変わる。加水すると生き生きとして全てがリフレッシュされる。リンゴ、シナモンの香りがアニスのキャンディへと変わる。 [パレット]微かなハーブで始まりゆっくりとミネラル感と絆創膏、麦芽糖と丘陵から香るヘザーが立ち上ってくる。加水すると平穏でリラックスされる。優しくクリーンで甘いグラノーラバー、砂糖コーティングのオレンジと蜂蜜。 The panel found an abundance of ripe pears, a grassy sauvignon blanc, a few blobs of strawberry liquorice then a sweet earthiness that evolves into raspberry sorbet and chestnut puree. Water refreshes everything with a zesty, effervescent quality. Notes of apple and cinnamon turnover with aniseed gobstoppers. The palate is faintly herbal to begin, becoming slowly more mineralic with notes of clean bandage, barley sugar and a sense of digging up heather from a hillside. Again with water there is a sense of peace and relaxation. Gentle, clean sweetness with granola bar, candied orange peel and honey.
