[ノーズ]最初の香りですぐに危険なほど簡単にうなずいてしまう。たくさんあるキャンバス、パテ、トッティフルッティ、エキゾチックなフルーツのチューインガム、ひまわり油、ハンドローション、焼きたての白パン。甘美で親しみやすい香り。続いて蜂蜜、ミントティー、白胡椒、ジャスミンの花、月桂樹の葉、洗濯したてのリネン。加水するとわずかにドライ感と複雑さを感じる。 [パレット]すぐにジューシーな甘味を感じる。鮮やかなグリーンフルーツ、ゴールデンサルタナ、熟したマンゴー、サイダーアップル、トリークル、ゴールデンシロップスポンジケーキ、デザートワインで甘くしたカスタード。加水するとレモンカード、シロップのようなフルーツサラダジュース、オレンジブロッサム、タンジェリンリキュール、ローズウォーター、フルーツティー、トーストしたビスケット、食欲をそそる軽いワックス感。 We all agreed this was dangerously easy and inviting at first nosing. Lots of canvas, putty, tutti frutti, exotic fruit bubble-gum, sunflower oil, hand lotion and freshly baked white bread. Lusciously approachable. Reduction brought out honey, mint tea, white pepper, jasmine flowers, bay leaf and freshly laundered linens. A tad drier and more complex with water. The neat palate showed an immediate and juicy sweetness. Lots of vivacious green fruits, golden sultanas, ripe mango, cider apple, treacle, golden syrup sponge cake and custard sweetened with dessert wines. Water brought lemon curd, syrupy fruit salad juices, orange blossom, tangerine liqueur, rosewater, fruit teas, toasted biscuits and a light appetising waxiness.
