［ノーズ］石炭庫の積もった塵、焦がしたキャラメル、焦がしバターが混ざりあり、また一方でフェンスに塗ったクレオソートと刈ったばかりの芝の香り。大工作業場のおがくずや木の削りくずの甘い香りとどこからともなく漂ってくる花の香りが混ざり合う。 ［パレット］粘度のある咳止めシロップ、塩水、接合剤のパテ、続いて熱したチリの辛さを感じる。ソルトアンドビネガー味のポテトチップスが甘くハーバルな香りとリコリスキャンディで柔らかい味わいとなり、塩味のカシス、マンゴーのトロピカルな味わいへと続く。フィニッシュはわずかな埃っぽさがスライスしたバニラファッジと重厚な木製のベンチに染み込んでいく。 The thick dust of a coal cellar compounded with burnt caramel and blackened butter against creosote painted fencing and freshly cut turf. A floral fragrance wafted from the dark and mixed with the sweetness of sawdust and wood shavings in a carpenter's workshop. The sticky viscosity of cough syrup intermingled with putty and brine before a draft of chilli heat presented the palate. The tingle of salt and vinegar crisps softened with sweet herbal notes and liquorice candy before a coal scuttle of salted blackcurrants and mango suggested a tropical influence. A light dusting of soot pervaded through to the finish that combined vanilla fudge slices with heavy wooden benches.
